Doutor em Ciências Sociais (Universidade de Bruxelas, 1984), mestre em Planejamento Econômico (Universidade de Antuérpia, 1977), diplomata de carreira desde 1977. Trabalhou no Núcleo de Assuntos Estratégicos da PR (2003-2007). Professor no mestrado em Direito do Uniceub e professor-orientador no mestrado em diplomacia do Instituto Rio Branco. Ministro-conselheiro na Embaixada em Washington (1999-2003), chefe da Divisão de Política Financeira e de Desenvolvimento do MRE (1996-1999), conselheiro econômico em Paris (1993-1995) e representante alterno na Delegação junto à ALADI (1990-1992). Tudo o que voce puder imaginar em matéria de livros, e até um pouco mais, está aqui:

Percorri apenas como teste o sistema, buscando livros sobre o Brasil (em inglês, portanto com z) e sobre história econômica, e o volume de material livremente disponível é incomensurável.
Pode-se downloadar (perdão pelo neologismo, mas acho que este verbo já está consagrado, como deletar, e talvez googlelizar) os livros em diversos formatos: html, texto, pdf, djvu, etc.
Pode-se escolher apenas textos, ou qualquer outro tipo de suporte, pode-se também ficar nas bibliotecas americanas, ou ir para outros ambientes.
Deve dar indigestão aos muito fanáticos por livros, como eu...
